Guess Carlos's Problem here

First of all yes I used your name Carlos but it doesnt mean you have this. This is a Mental disorder that I had to write about so that people would figure out the actual disorder.

Carlos is a 21 year old student at a community college in Dallas, TX. He currently works at the local Blockbuster when he is not at school. Carlos claims his grades have greatly decreased, he says the reason is because he cannot concentrate.  Carlos also said he has not been able to sleep much.

When asked why he has not been able to concentrate at school he said “it’s just hard to concentrate when you have so many people talking about you”. He claims he hears people whispering thoughts about him both at school and work. At work he has been on the verge of losing his job for several reasons. Sometimes he knows that a certain movie has been already checked out or put in a certain place but even when his boss or co-worker proves to him that the movie is not where he states he does not believe it.

At home his parents have shown a concern for Carlos’s lack of communication.  His Mother Rocio said he goes straight to his room after school or work. She says he has lost interest in many things and does not interact with his friends anymore. She also confessed that he has become extremely lazy at home “he does not even want to take showers so I have to force him to”. When they have tried to relate with him in any way it has been almost impossible since he shows no feelings or face expressions when talked to.

Carlos has numerous other problems happening like saying he can’t stand the kid that sits by his window in his room staring at him all day. Rocio said that he had mentioned this kid before but that there is never anyone there.

Carlos takes multiple medications for his issue such as Zyprexa and Geodon.
