this was his last fight a couple of weeks ago, he could give may a bit of a challenge. i saw some retarded ass comments on youtube allready. and im pretty sure this guy can beat pacquiao bad, of course beat Marquez and threat mayweather bad too. anyway,.... watch and comment
Na, he actually disappointed me there, I thought he was better. He is just like Chavez JR a young guy with large record full of losers. All he has is right hand power and maybe ok counter punching. He has no speed and the defense is not great. We already saw u need a pressure fighter to beat Mayweather...this guy puts no pressure...Pacquiao would out speed him like crazy too....I can see Mayweather taking this fight.
He needs to fight someone bigger for us to really tell.
yeah not yet carlos..he would get whooped by all 3 you mentioned right there..i cant beoieve you would think he can beat those guys..he was getting hit pretty good by a complete loser right here
not yet
I think they should set this guy up with Gomez...both from Guadalajara and it will show a bit more about him since Gomez's heart will keep him working all fight.
complete losers? guys that have over 15 (wins)fights and a average of 2 losses per fighter, and beating them all?... ok... tell me about a 19 year old fighting guys in their prime with almost 30 wins and no losses.... hmmm... No one.
that was just the first round, the only person that jumps on you from the start is Pacquiao, and yes i think Alvarez represents a threat to mayweather.
Carlos hes career has been built just like Chavez jr...only two fights out of Mexico. Dont get me wrong he will probably get a lot bigger and the way he fights and his power makes me like him much more than chavez. It is just too early in his career to set him up with a guy like Mayweather...come on Mexico's best current fighter was just humiliated by Floyd.
Check this out...this is what should be done:
Alvarez vs Margarito.....Margarito needs a good fight to get back in the game and Saul needs a fight with a bigger better opponent. If Saul beats Margarito then he is in the level to fight a top welerweight.
the kid is good but he hasnt fought anybody..the guys hes fought have good records but look behind those records..those guys have been built off complete nobodies with horrible records...and the best record he has fought so far is either 21-1 or 17-0..there is no 30 fight guy with no loses even close.
and yes he will get better but like christian said he needs 2 fight somebody like Gomez, Ricardo Torres, or Delvin Rodriguez to give him a real test and then work his way up the ladder against guys like Castillo, Judah, and Collazo to prove that he is a top WW and then maybe try with the big guys..start with Isaac to get a belt and force the big fights after that
A great fight i think would be against Luis Carlos Abregu my Argentinian guy 28(23)-0..hes 26 but hasnt had any tough fights yet either
he is still only 19 though carlos and to put him againt mayweatehr right now he would get embarrassed badly..give him a couple years..no point in rushing him into the P4P shit now or he will end up with 5 losses before hes 30 and will hire Capetillo as his trainer
